Grass Act has specialized in landscape and irrigation systems design and installation in the Austin area since 1994.
Grass Act and its President, Gary Salas, have developed innovative products for the irrigation industry – the GroundTopper and GroundTopper Too! – universal replacement valve box covers. They are simple, durable, and inexpensive items that are the solution to the continuing problem of finding a replacement for the often lost or damaged valve box lid, of which there are an array of different types and sizes.
The company prides itself on quality work as well as the preservation of natural resources and a commitment to the community. Over the years, the company has contributed to several community charities, including the Children’s Hospital of Austin, the American Heart Association and KLRU/Austin Public Television.
